Warranty Policy

BOAVISION provides warranty protection for products purchased directly from our official website.

  • Coverage:

    • 2-year warranty: applies to indoor and outdoor security cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and core equipment.

    • 1-year warranty: applies to accessories such as power adapters, cables, and solar panels.

  • Please note: this warranty does not cover free gifts included with your purchase.

Return Policy

To ensure customer satisfaction, BOAVISION accepts returns within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

  • Eligibility: Products must have been purchased from the official BOAVISION website. Returns are accepted for any reason within the 30-day period.

  • Handling Fee: A 2% processing fee applies to all returns.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning a product. Additionally, any customs duties or taxes associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact BOAVISION via email (service@boavision.store) or phone (+1 208-997-6005) to request a return.

    2. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.

    3. BOAVISION will issue a return address and RMA code via email.

    4. Ship the item using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation. After shipping, provide proof of shipment to BOAVISION.

  • Do not ship returns to the original delivery address. Always use the address provided after your return request is authorized.

Replacement Policy

If a returned product is found to be defective and covered under BOAVISION warranty:

  • BOAVISION will handle all quality-related issues, including return shipping costs.This means your shipping fee is USD 0.00 and the Re-stocking fee is USD 0.00.

  • A replacement product will be dispatched within 3 calendar days of approval.

  • BOAVISION is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by shipping carriers on replacement shipments.

Refund Policy

Once a returned product is received and verified at the BOAVISION warehouse:

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 calendar days.

  • The refund amount includes the product price minus the 2% handling fee.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are subject to currency conversion rates at the time of processing; BOAVISION is not responsible for any differences caused by bank exchange rates.
