Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
BOAVISION ships only to the continental United States (48 states). Free shipping is available within these states. Orders cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other minor islands, or U.S. military installations.

Estimated Delivery Time
For shipments within the U.S. mainland, delivery typically occurs within 15–20 weekdays . Delivery times may vary due to customs, public holidays, or transport delays.

Shipping Fees

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are payable directly to the appropriate authorities. BOAVISION does not collect or control these charges. Customers should check applicable taxes and duties before placing an order.

Tracking Your Shipment
Customers can track shipments at https://www.17track.net/en. Tracking updates are also sent via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

Address Requirements
All shipments must be sent to physical street addresses. P.O. Box addresses or incomplete shipping details cannot be processed. If an address is invalid, BOAVISION will contact the customer for correction before shipment.
